Gamaka exponent and Padma Shri awardee, H.R Keshava Murthy passes away
Senior gamaka exponent H.R. Keshava Murthy, who earlier this year received the Padma Shri award, passed away. He was born into a gamaka artist family. His father Ramaswamy Shastry provided him with his earliest instruction.
Under the guidance of Venkateshaiah he continued his studies. Over the decades he has presented hundreds of programmes and trained many students. Through his performances, he publicised noted Kannada epics. Hosahalli, his native place, is known for many music talents.

Author Mansi Gulati released her Book `Miracles of Face Yoga`
The president of India, Droupadi Murmu, has praised Mansi Gulati, the founder of Manasvani, for her book, "Miracles of Face Yoga." Mansi Gulati, a well-known author, thought leader, and international yogi, committed herself to learning as much as she could about the theory and practises of yoga.
Throughout her learning experience, she has taken the help of numerous sources to perfect her knowledge and skills. Mansi has over 25 years of experience in yoga along with many international and national certifications to her credit. She has written several articles and books on the philosophy of yoga and how it can benefit all body types through a series of Asanas.
